Bailing machinery configured 500 t/h hematite ore beneficiation production line for the customer in Turkey.
The customer is located in Turkey and the ore type is hematite. The maximum particle size is 650mm and the run-of-mine grade is 60%. The final crushing particle size is -30mm, of which -8mm enters the beneficiation operation. The crushing operation rate is 65% and the processing capacity is 769 t/h. Grinding fineness is -200 mesh for 85%, and 80% for grinding operation rate. The processing capacity of the grinding beneficiation operation is 100t/h.
Bailing Machinery recommends customers to use two sections and one closed circuit crushing, two sections and one closed circuit grinding, and repeatedly select the process. The raw ore is fed into the PE900×1200 jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed material is then crushed into the PYB2200 cone crusher for fine crushing. The finely crushed product get into the 2YK2460 double-layer circular vibrating screen for screening. The overtails is returned to the cone crusher and crushed again. The undersize enters the powder ore bin as the selected product. There is a feeder in the lower part of the powder ore bin, and the powder mine is fed into the Ø3200×4500 lattice ball mill through the belt conveyor for the first stage of grinding. The ground product enters the Ø3200×4500 overflow ball mill for the second stage grinding. The ground product enters the Ø350×7 cyclone group for classification. The grit of the cyclone returns to the second-stage ball mill, and the overflow of the cyclone enters the reverse flotation operation. The flotation foam is the total tailings, and the product in the flotation tank is iron concentrate. The iron concentrate is concentrated and filtered to obtain dry iron powder.
