Generally, the chicken manure dryer production line is mainly composed of a heat supply source, a loading machine, a feeding machine, a rotary drum, a material crushing device, a discharging machine, an induced draft fan, a discharger, and a power distribution cabinet.
The highly viscous material is directly fed into the drum crushing and drying machine by the feeding screw, and is scraped off by the copying plate on the inner wall of the drum, and the material to be scattered is fully contacted with the high-temperature medium which is under negative pressure to complete the heat transfer process.
Due to the inclination of the drum and the action of the induced draft fan, the material moves slowly from the feeding end to the discharging end, and then is taken out by the air flow at the discharging end, further dried by the conveying pipe, enters the dust collector, and finally discharged by the air closing device.
