The discharge end of the lattice ball mill adopts a cone design, which increases the volume and forces the steel ball at the cone end to be graded. The closer to the outlet, the smaller the diameter of the steel ball increases the effect of repeated grinding, and the fineness of the material further improve.

The lattice ball mill has a hollow journal end cap at the discharge end, and is provided with a bearing inner sleeve and a discharge grid. The drainage grid consists of a central lining, a lattice lining and a lining. Eight radial ribs are cast on the inner wall of the end cover, the end cover is divided into eight fan-shaped chambers, a 衬-shaped lining is installed in each sector, and is fixed on the end cover by screws, and then the grid plate is mounted on A lining plate is formed on each of the sector chambers.
The lattice ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with external gear transmission and two bins. The material is uniformly fed into the first chamber of the mill by the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding material. The chamber has stepped lining or corrugated lining, which is filled with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height and then falls, which causes heavy impact and grinding on the material. After the material reaches the rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through the single-layer compartment board. The warehouse is provided with a flat lining plate with steel balls inside to further grind the material. The powder is discharged through the discharge raft to complete the grinding operation.
The milled product of the lattice ball mill is discharged by the drainage grid plate, which has the effect of forced ore discharge, and the discharge rate is fast. The level of the slurry surface at the discharge end is lower than the lowest level of the discharge shaft, so it is called horizontal discharge. In the mill from the feed end to the discharge end of the slurry surface, the speed of the slurry passing through the mill is accelerated, so that the finely ground ore can be discharged in time.
