Equipment composition

1、Mill barrel: The mill barrel of the wet ball mill is composed of a steel plate rolled into a cylinder and two manholes with a manhole frame. The two ends of the barrel are all machined, and the barrel is drilled for fixing. The inner surface of the mill barrel.

2、End caps and trunnions: The inlet and outlet end caps of the mill are designed and manufactured by castings, and are connected by bolts and mill barrels. The inlet and outlet end caps are designed with a complete support trunnion. The trunnion of the inlet end cap is designed as a fixed support, and the trunnion of the outlet end cap is designed as a swimming support.

3、Main bearing: The bearing is mounted on the trunnion of the end cap of the mill and held in the mounting position by a pressure ring. The bearing housing is made of carbon steel.

4、Base: The main bearing housing, main gearbox and main drive motor are mounted on the base of the wet ball mill. The base is equipped with adjustment bolts for easy adjustment. All anchor bolts are included in the base.

5、Feeding section: The mill feeding system consists of an inlet chute lined with wear-resistant material inside and a bearing seat and base supporting its weight.

Working principle

The wet ball mill is driven by the motor to drive the cylinder to rotate. The crushed ore and steel ball in the cylinder are subjected to friction and centrifugal force when the cylinder is rotated. After being brought to a certain height by the lining, the ball is thrown and discharged due to gravity. The ore is gradually crushed under the action of impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged out of the cylinder through the discharge portion. After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder and continues to be ground. The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, and the ore enters the ball mill continuously and uniformly through the combined feeder, and the ground material is continuously discharged from the ball mill.
